Honey Process: Double Fermentation, 80 hours with the pulp and 80 hours just the seed. 
Altitude: Over 1600 and 2000 m.a.s.l

Each ANLU bag will be a result of our carefully designed proprietary processes.  Our processes are a critical component why you will savor what you will taste; a taste highlighting uninterruptedly the original terroir of our diverse grounds across Colombia.

MICRO FARMS & SINGLE ORIGIN

Finally, every ANLU bag will originate from a very small, boutique farm where its coffee beans always be from a single origin. We are adamant about ensuring the character of each one of our coffee beans is representative of its unique place. 

INTEGRATES GROWERS

Every ANLU  bag fully integrates our coffee growers in different stages of our production.  Our small, diverse, and boutique grower partners know our vision; thus enabling them to enhance their own practices to create the finest possible coffee beans in the world.

Every ANLU bag represents the reality of better pay to all those helping us make our coffee a reality. Today, we are averaging 27% more compensation than the traditional industry pay-scale average.
